Applicants must be non-native or bilingual English speakers with C1+ proficiency, strong phonetic awareness, and prior transcription experience. Preferred locations: Philippines, Kenya, and India. Tasks involve converting short audio recordings into clear, standardized text. Disfluencies should be removed, grammar corrected without changing meaning, and formatting must follow strict guidelines to ensure high-quality, consistent training data.
