Project Overview
We are looking for Morocco-based native Arabic speakers to review and enhance AI-generated chat conversations. Candidates must have prior experience in AI conversation evaluation and response refinement on platforms like Outlier or similar—not just rating or ranking but actively improving AI responses. If you lack direct experience with AI training platforms, a strong professional writing background is essential. This includes publishing blogs, long-form content, books, or holding a degree in a writing-related field. The project starts immediately and will run for approximately three months, requiring a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week. Your role will involve reviewing multi-turn AI chat conversations (12+ exchanges per session) and evaluating them based on predefined quality metrics. You will assess coherence, relevance, and fluency, identifying weak or unnatural AI responses. When necessary, you will refine low-quality responses to improve conversational flow, accuracy, and engagement. Your contributions will help enhance AI language models, making them more natural and effective for real-world interactions.
