Running for 3–6 months, this fully remote, U.S.–based contract is 100 % online and lets you log in whenever it fits your schedule—making it an easy, flexible side-income opportunity for passionate elementary teachers during summer break or alongside the school year. We are seeking experienced elementary school English Language Arts annotation specialists to help build high-quality educational datasets. Candidates fall into two tiers: Expert Annotators must have at least five years of elementary-level classroom teaching in the United States, a proven record of designing curriculum or instructional materials, strong written-communication skills, and the confidence to flag edge cases and refine guidelines. Standard Annotators require a minimum of two years of recent elementary teaching and solid knowledge of U.S. education standards. All applicants should be comfortable providing constructive feedback, maintaining meticulous attention to detail, and committing at least 10 hours per week. The project involves evaluating and rating AI-generated text against elementary English Language Arts curriculum objectives. Experts will audit output, co-author annotation guides, and curate reference data, while Standard Annotators will expand labeled examples and support validation once protocols are finalized. Work is fully remote, managed directly with the end client through OpenTrain, and quality assurance reviews will be conducted continuously to ensure that every annotation meets rigorous elementary-level educational standards.
