Our AI-training project pairs each developer with one primary language—Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Rust, or Ruby—to review model-generated code, craft evaluation prompts, and annotate results. You’ll analyze code quality, identify bugs or style issues, and provide structured feedback that helps refine large language models used for code generation and QA automation. To qualify, you must have a computer-science degree (or equivalent), three-plus years of professional experience in your chosen language, hands-on familiarity with its testing frameworks and CI/CD workflows, and advanced English for clear written feedback. Code-review experience and prior work on AI, LLM, or automation projects are strongly preferred; competitive-coding or hackathon credentials are a plus.
