Applicants should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Linguistics, Communication, English, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent writing/editing experience). You must demonstrate exceptional written English (grammar, syntax, tone) plus strong research and creative writing skills. Prior AI/LLM training or prompt/evaluation experience is a significant plus. An analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential; a minimum commitment of 2.5 hours/day is required. Work involves crafting unique, deep research questions from a provided event link (real-world development) and pairing them with supporting “insight” answers and plausible “distractor” answers, all set within a provided fictional company profile and user persona. You’ll vary difficulty, ensure factual coherence with the event source, follow detailed rubrics, and iterate based on feedback.
