Qualified applicants have 2–4 years of professional frontend or full-stack experience, strong proficiency in at least one of React, Angular, Next.js, or Svelte, and an excellent command of CSS (Tailwind or Bootstrap). A keen eye for design/UX and clear English communication (B1/B2) are essential. Bachelor’s degree in CS or related is preferred; experience with coding agents (e.g., Lovable) is a plus. Please include links to public web apps you’ve built. You’ll implement and refine user-facing features, build responsive components, and polish the interface for usability and visual quality. Work includes optimizing for accessibility and performance, collaborating with coding agents and modern tooling, writing clean, maintainable code, and documenting your reasoning so results are reproducible. Compensation: $10–$30/hour, with up to $40–$50/hour for exceptional developers based on portfolio strength and delivery quality.
