Qualifications (must-have): You hold (or are pursuing) a BS, MS, or PhD in Chemistry (or a closely related chemical science), with Top-100 university preferred. You write rigorous, step-by-step solutions in clear C1+ English and can spot subtle conceptual, methodological, and computational errors. Background in research, analytical writing, debate, or programming is preferred; RLHF/model-evaluation experience is a plus. What you’ll do: Review AI-generated chemistry responses; assess correctness, reasoning depth, and clarity; identify errors in calculations, units, reaction mechanisms, stoichiometry, thermodynamics/kinetics, spectroscopy/analytical methods, and safety/assumptions; fact-check chemical claims; draft exemplar explanations and model solutions; and rate/compare multiple responses using detailed rubrics.
