Qualifications/Who should apply: You hold a Bachelor’s degree (any field), have at least 1 year of professional or academic experience producing or editing English-language text, and can write at a C2 (near-native) level. You’re skilled at following detailed editorial guidelines, switching topics quickly, and explaining your reasoning clearly. Strong fact-checking, source evaluation, and impeccable grammar/style are essential. What you’ll do: Contribute to training advanced language models by crafting clear, original, and fact-checked responses; editing and improving draft content; and evaluating/rating AI outputs for accuracy, clarity, safety, and adherence to style guides. Tasks may include prompt + response writing, rubric-guided evaluations, ranking multiple AI replies, and light summarization or classification. Work is fully remote, project-based, and flexible.
