We are seeking experienced digital artists to evaluate and critique outputs from an AI art image generation model. In this role, you will assess generated images using professional art standards such as lighting, anatomy, edge control, materials, and composition. Activities include writing targeted prompts, running those prompts through the model, rating images for fidelity to artistic standards, and clearly documenting consistent failure modes. The position also involves collecting reference images representing ideal human-made digital art outputs (non-AI) for comparison. Clear English communication is essential as you'll be responsible for writing structured critiques explaining specific failures and standards violated.
