You should be comfortable architecting multi-step workflows, integrating multiple services via APIs, and reviewing/improving AI-generated automation flows using your technical expertise. In this project, you will help train and evaluate AI systems on building complex automation pipelines and integration workflows. Typical work includes generating prompts that require robust n8n workflow design (nodes, execution patterns, error handling, retries, data parsing), defining evaluation criteria for multi-step pipelines, and improving AI outputs for reliability, scalability, and performance (rate limits, timeouts, sequencing). Use cases may include AI-powered content workflows, lead generation/outreach systems, and web scraping pipelines with reliable extraction and processing. **Required Locations:** Global - Any Location **Required English Level:** Conversational **Other Qualifications & Requirements (5–10 bullets):** * Proven hands-on experience with **n8n**, including **self-hosted** setup/maintenance (Docker, env vars, credentials, basic ops) * Experience building complex, multi-app automation pipelines (APIs, webhooks, OAuth/API keys, data mapping) * Deep understanding of n8n workflow logic, nodes, execution modes, and troubleshooting failed runs * Ability to design resilient workflows (retries, deduping/idempotency, error branches, logging/alerting) * Strong knowledge of rate limits, API constraints, batching, and workflow optimization to prevent timeouts/failures * Web scraping experience (e.g., Apify or similar) including extraction reliability, parsing, and structured/unstructured data handling * Experience with data processing/transformation (JSON, CSV, HTML parsing; validation and normalization) * Familiarity with AI integrations in automation pipelines (LLM calls, enrichment steps, content pipelines) is a strong plus * Portfolio/examples of scalable automations or end-to-end workflows (described in text) preferred * Comfortable working independently in flexible, project-based (non-permanent) engagements; English **B2+** written communication
