We are looking for detail-oriented contributors with real accounting or finance knowledge to review and structure financial documents. The work involves interpreting accounting/finance content such as invoices, receipts, statements, reports, tables, payment records, financial disclosures, and other business records, then making sure each document is accurately labeled and structured. The most important qualification is comfort with accounting and finance terminology. You should be able to recognize common financial document sections, understand what fields and tables represent, catch number/date/currency issues, and notice when OCR output or labels do not make financial sense. The annotation tool will provide OCR preannotations and bounding boxes, but the technical annotation process is the easy part. Your job is to apply careful accounting/finance judgment while reviewing labels, correcting transcriptions, organizing tables, validating key-value pairs, and preserving reading order and document relationships. Strong candidates may have experience in accounting, bookkeeping, audit, tax, finance operations, accounts payable/receivable, bank or payment reconciliation, financial reporting, invoice processing, or finance-document data entry. Prior document annotation or OCR review experience is helpful, but finance/accounting understanding is the priority.
