Project Overview
We are looking for individuals to help train artificial intelligence systems used in banking and credit card operations. As a participant, you will use your personal credit card and real banking experience to simulate transactions, review AI-generated responses, and identify errors in how the AI understands credit limits, payments, and spending patterns. Your feedback will directly improve AI accuracy for millions of banking customers. What You Will Do Run small test transactions on your personal credit card to observe how the AI interprets approvals, declines, and available credit changes Review and correct AI-generated answers to common banking questions (e.g., “Why is my card declined?” or “When is my payment due?”) Compare your actual bank statement activity against AI-predicted cash flow and spending logic Document any inconsistencies, bugs, or confusing AI responses Participate in brief weekly check-ins (optional, based on availability)
