We are looking for an LLM Trainer to test and improve voice commands within a financial banking app. You will evaluate how well an AI understands spoken English with an American accent and responds correctly to banking tasks. Key Responsibilities Test voice commands (e.g., "Send $50 to Mom," "What's my balance?") using an American accent. Verify that the AI correctly processes transfers, bill payments, account inquiries, and fraud alerts. Use your mobile device and PC simultaneously to simulate real user interactions across platforms. Compare AI responses against expected banking workflows (e.g., Chase, Bank of America, or similar U.S. banking interfaces). Report errors in understanding, tone, grammar, or financial logic. Required Qualifications Age: 20 years or older English & Accent: Fluent English with a natural American accent (able to speak clearly for voice testing) Banking Experience: Familiar with standard American banking app interfaces (navigation, transfers, check deposit, etc.) Hardware: Personal mobile device (iOS/Android) Personal PC or laptop (Windows/Mac/Linux) Attention to detail: Ability to log bugs and rate AI responses Preferred (not required) Prior LLM, voice assistant, or QA testing experience Technical Needs Stable internet connection Quiet environment for voice command testing Compensation Competitive hourly rate (USD) Flexible schedule
