This role is open to experienced audio transcriptionists who are fluent in at least one language beyond English; multilingual candidates are strongly preferred. You should have proven expertise with multi-speaker and technically complex audio, exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive data with discretion. Prior background in linguistics, localization, or speech data processing, and experience supporting AI or machine learning projects, are a plus. You will listen to complex audio files and produce precise written transcripts across multiple languages, dialects, and subject areas, following project guidelines and quality standards. You will review and proofread transcripts for accuracy, grammar, and context, collaborate with project managers and fellow transcriptionists, provide feedback on audio quality issues, and adapt to AI transcription tools and technologies as required.
