No prior AI experience is required; a background in design, UX/UI, creative direction, editing, content strategy, or familiarity with annotation or evaluation workflows is a plus. You should be a critical thinker who can deliver consistent, high-quality evaluations across ambiguous scenarios and adapt quickly to new workflows. As an AI Evaluation Specialist, you will review and critically assess AI-generated outputs for quality, clarity, usability, and overall user experience. You will identify inconsistencies and improvement opportunities across diverse content types and visual experiences, apply structured evaluation guidelines, and provide nuanced feedback to inform model improvements. You will also contribute to the development of training data and help refine quality standards and scoring criteria in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
