This role is open to licensed U.S. attorneys with a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school, active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, and a minimum of three years of in-house experience in SaaS contract review, negotiation, and redlining. Strong analytical and written communication skills are required, along with the ability to translate legal expertise into structured feedback for AI systems. Prior exposure to legal tech or data annotation is a plus. As a fellow, you will perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises, evaluating AI-generated suggestions for accuracy, risk identification, and legal soundness. You will review AI responses to contract scenarios and provide expert feedback to improve model output, and collaborate with a product and research team to refine training data and annotation guidelines for AI-driven contract review. The fellowship runs for one month, part-time and remote.
