This role is open to native Marathi speakers with demonstrated experience in audio transcription and/or recording, strong familiarity with AI transcription tools, and the ability to proofread and deliver consistently accurate transcripts. Exceptional attention to detail, a commitment to data confidentiality, and the capacity for remote collaboration are required. A background as an audio engineer, voice actor, or podcaster is a plus, as is prior experience on AI training datasets. You will transcribe and annotate Marathi audio recordings with high accuracy, review and correct transcriptions for clarity and precision, and record new native-level Marathi audio samples to support AI training data. You will also apply domain-specific vocabulary, utilize AI transcription tools and provide feedback on their performance, and follow established workflows for speech data processing throughout the engagement.
