Project Overview
You should have fluent, clear spoken English with good pronunciation and be able to record in a quiet, controlled environment. Prior experience with audio or text annotation (e.g., familiarity with LabelStudio, Praat, or any annotation tools and platforms) is expected. You must follow strict transcription and time-stamping guidelines, and self-check for background noise, clipping, and misreads. A short voice screening test must be passed, and you should be comfortable with basic remote troubleshooting. Contributors will record high-quality voice samples, then transcribe and time-stamp the audio data according to provided instructions. They will review their own recordings to ensure quality and correctness before submission, using the provided PC and USB microphone that are shipped to their home for the project duration.
