
We are hiring experienced IT Support and IT Operations professionals to help evaluate B2B SaaS workplace scenarios for AI-agent training. This role is for candidates with 1+ year of experience in IT support, ticketing, access provisioning, employee onboarding/offboarding, or incident triage in a B2B SaaS environment. Strong English writing, careful reasoning, and the ability to apply structured rubrics consistently are required. You do not need to be an expert coder, but you should be comfortable reading basic technical context and making defensible judgments in ambiguous scenarios. You will review structured workplace scenarios drawn from IT support and access workflows, and label whether specific information is appropriate for an AI agent to use and whether it should be visible to different people in the scenario. Labels are yes/no/undecidable with a short justification. This is a remote, hourly contract role with flexible scheduling, estimated at roughly 20 hours per week for about 2.5 months.
