Involved in writing detailed training data, including behavioral, technical, and situational prompts and ideal responses for supervised fine-tuning. Contributed to criteria definition and roadmap creation for AI interviewing and evaluation tasks.
• Authored and reviewed prompts and labeled expected responses for candidate ranking and interview simulation.
• Defined evaluation rubrics for conversation and scoring by the AI system.
• Coordinated the creation and structuring of labeled dialogue data for improved bot accuracy.
