AI Product Lead, PrepMate – AI HR & Interviewer Bot
For the PrepMate project, developed and structured conversation flows, interview prompts, and scoring logic for an AI HR and Interviewer Bot. Involved in writing detailed training data, including behavioral, technical, and situational prompts and ideal responses for supervised fine-tuning. Contributed to criteria definition and roadmap creation for AI interviewing and evaluation tasks. • Authored and reviewed prompts and labeled expected responses for candidate ranking and interview simulation. • Defined evaluation rubrics for conversation and scoring by the AI system. • Coordinated the creation and structuring of labeled dialogue data for improved bot accuracy. • Ensured annotation alignment with HR best practices and recruiter feedback.
