Freelancer Overview

I have been actively contributing to AI training data and model improvement as a freelance Search Quality Rater for TELUS International AI and Outlier AI since March 2024. In this ongoing role, I evaluate search engine results and AI-generated content for accuracy, relevance, and quality, while providing detailed feedback on machine learning model outputs and training datasets. This work directly supports the refinement of large language models and search algorithms by identifying strengths, biases, and areas for enhancement in real-world AI responses. My multilingual proficiency in English (full professional), Hindi (professional working), and Bengali (native) enables me to assess and label training data across diverse linguistic and cultural contexts—a highly valued skill in global AI development. Combined with certifications in Generative AI (Khan Academy) and Quality Management (Simplilearn), along with hands-on experience using AI-powered tools for content evaluation and moderation, I bring a meticulous, data-driven approach to ensuring high-quality training datasets that improve model performance and reliability.
