I have not worked in a formal data labeling or AI training role, but when I look at what that work actually requires, I recognise a lot of what I have been doing every day for the past three years. At Transcom WorldWide, I spent thousands of hours capturing, categorising, and documenting complex technical interactions with precision; deciding what information was relevant, how to describe it accurately, and how to structure it so that the next person who encountered the same problem could use it immediately. That is the same judgment AI training data requires. The label has to be right. The context has to be clear. The distinction between similar-but-different scenarios has to be captured exactly. I did that work constantly, I just did not call it data labeling. What I think genuinely sets me apart is that I do not just capture information — I think carefully about how it will be used downstream. Every knowledge base article I wrote was written for the person who would read it under pressure, not for the person who already knew the answer. That kind of intentional, audience-aware documentation is exactly what makes AI training data useful rather than just technically accurate. Add to that my Apple Academy certification in macOS and iOS systems and my MSc degree, and I bring both the technical domain knowledge and the analytical discipline to produce training data that is precise, consistent, and genuinely valuable.
