Indonesian Data Labeller
I worked as an Indonesian Data Labeler focusing on text classification within the manufacturing domain. My responsibilities included annotating and categorizing large volumes of Indonesian-language text data such as product descriptions, customer feedback, operational reports, and technical documentation. I applied predefined labeling guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy, identifying key themes, sentiment, and intent across datasets. The project involved handling thousands of data points, requiring high attention to detail and adherence to strict quality standards. To maintain data quality, I conducted self-reviews, followed annotation protocols, and collaborated with QA teams to resolve ambiguities and improve labeling guidelines. I consistently achieved high accuracy scores and met project deadlines in a fast-paced, remote working environment. This experience strengthened my skills in natural language processing (NLP) data annotation, quality assurance, and domain-specific understanding of manufacturing processes.
