Security Overview

We follow a security‑first approach to all data labeling projects. All annotators work under signed NDAs, with role‑based access so each team member only sees the data necessary for their tasks. Project data is stored on restricted systems with strong password policies and two‑factor authentication where supported. We support using client‑provided secure environments (VPN, VDI, VPC, or private labeling tools) and never reuse client data outside the agreed project scope. On every project we follow strict guidelines for PII handling, data minimization, and timely deletion/return of datasets on project completion, and we provide audit trails of who accessed which data and when.
