Project Manger
I served as the Project Manager for an AI audio annotation and transcription project involving approximately 120 hours of diverse audio data. The dataset included a wide range of recording conditions such as clean and noisy audio, indoor and outdoor environments, and varying sound qualities. My responsibilities included performing and supervising audio annotation, transcription, and segmentation tasks. This involved accurately transcribing speech content, segmenting audio into meaningful units, and ensuring consistent labeling standards across the dataset. In addition to hands-on annotation work, I managed a team of annotators by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, maintaining quality standards, and orchestrating the overall workflow to ensure timely delivery. I was also responsible for communicating directly with the final client, aligning on requirements, and delivering the completed annotated dataset according to agreed specifications and quality measures.
