Short Biography I am an urban architect, graduated from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (1988), with master's degrees in Architecture (FAU/UFRJ, 2004) and Tourism (PPGTur/UFF, 2021). I completed specialized courses in Urban Renewal Planning at the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy and the Institute for Housing and Urban Development Studies. My career spans both private and public sectors. I worked at Luiz Paulo Conde Arquitetura Ltda. (1986–1992) and served as an architect for the City of Rio de Janeiro (1992–2020), leading projects in public building design, urban revitalization, and Olympic infrastructure. I also contributed to the City's Geographic Information System, focusing on heritage, environment, and tourism data. Currently, I am dedicated to founding and launching TEKOA Artisanal Jewels, a brand specialized in biojewels and semi-jewels.
