Freelancer Overview

My background is in Work and Organisational Psychology, where I spent a lot of time doing qualitative research and thematic analysis. For my Master’s project, I was responsible for managing the data of 121 participants. I used Google Sheets to keep everything organised and ran computer-based sessions where I had to ensure the data was captured accurately and on time. The core of my work involved taking complex, messy human responses from interviews and categorising them into clear, structured themes. I’m used to looking at open-ended text and figuring out where it fits within a specific framework. Whether it’s identifying professional competences for a job analysis or analysing how people experience mental effort, I’m comfortable handling ambiguous info and turning it into organised data without losing the details.
