Moon Rover Terrain Data Annotation & AI Training Project
Worked on annotating high-resolution lunar surface imagery and sensor datasets to support autonomous navigation models for moon rover systems. Tasks included semantic segmentation of terrain (rocks, craters, slopes), object detection for obstacle identification, and classification of surface conditions. Ensured high annotation accuracy through multi-level quality checks, guideline adherence, and peer review processes. Contributed to improving model performance in navigation, hazard avoidance, and path planning for extraterrestrial environments.
