AI Training Data Labeling Project- British Telecommunications (BT)
Completed a high-volume text classification project for BT via Remotasks, labeling 15,000+ customer support chat logs and social media comments. Tasks included intent classification (billing, outage, technical issue, sales) and sentiment annotation (positive, negative, neutral). Strictly followed BT’s labeling guidelines, achieved >98% inter-annotator agreement, and delivered all batches ahead of schedule. This project directly improved BT’s LLM-based chatbot accuracy and automated customer intent routing.
