Freelancer Overview

I have hands-on experience in data labeling and AI training data projects such as classifying various radioactive decay events, where I’ve contributed to high-quality datasets used in machine learning models across domains such as natural language processing and computer vision. I’ve worked on projects involving image classification, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, and intent classification, ensuring precise tagging and thorough documentation of edge cases. My capacity for stringent thinking, exact precision, and effciency in both independent and group work are defining characteristics. My experience base of the direct impact called data has on model performance offers a strong foundation to draw from. My STEM education and previous roles as a researcher and customer-facing professional have developed my analytical and communication skills, which are crucial for high-quality annotations and feedback to improve labeling pipelines.

Rare Beta decay events

Internal Proprietary ToolingImageClassification
The project entailed classifying images of rare events Mg20 Beta decay. The classifications were proton, proton alpha or alpha particles. This image classification was then used to train a CNN so that it can be used to classify events without human intervention. I personally classified 120K Images during my time and as a result the true positive rate went from 95% to 98.5%.
