With a strong foundation in bioinformatics and machine learning, I have hands-on experience working with structured and unstructured biological datasets, particularly RNA expression data, genomic sequences, and proteomics datasets. During my Bioinformatics Internship at Biotechnika, I handled and analyzed large-scale expression datasets using Python and statistical approaches, ensuring accurate data preprocessing, validation, and interpretation. My academic and research projects, including genome-wide analysis of photosynthetic enzymes and MYC transcription factor studies in Brassica juncea, required extensive data curation, annotation validation, sequence alignment (BLAST), and in-silico pipeline development. These experiences strengthened my ability to label, clean, and interpret domain-specific datasets with high precision. In addition, my AI-ML internship with AICTE involved building a real-time face recognition attendance system using OpenCV, TensorFlow, and MySQL. This project required dataset preparation, image annotation, feature extraction, model validation, and performance testing—closely aligning with AI training data workflows. My programming skills in Python, SQL, Bash, and Linux environments, combined with research publications and peer-reviewed work, demonstrate my ability to work methodically with complex datasets while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and documentation standards. What sets me apart is my interdisciplinary background—bridging biotechnology research and machine learning—which enables me to understand both the technical and contextual nuances required for high-quality training data.
