Audio labelling using ELAN & VLC

This is a post graduate acedamic student project to explore Machine Learning algorithms of dimension reduction techniques such as SMV and PCA. To prepare the data as the testing set I used a free audio labelling tool ELAN and VLC to convert the audio into target format and add labels to the target audios. It was not a voluminous work but was well completed. I have gained a good understand about using the labelling tool as well as tranforming the data type.
