TextAs part of VDM, we own an operator platform that can process DAILY 16.000+ text and image engagements. Supported by 200+ operators worldwide. Our highly available Operator Platform in which operators are constantly operating its engagements between different timezones, is managed by coaches and constantly monitored by quality. We are capable of accepting AI labelling projects based on: - Text engagements (LLM labelling, conversational intent/sentiment, alignment/safety, evaluation/rewriting, summaries/quality ratings) - Image engagements (Image classification/Object detection) *Also experienced in niche explicit content.
Our operator platform does not give data set access to an operator. It will provide each engagement separately. The items are offered in rotation form, meaning that the total items are divided by the amount of operators assigned and online, an operator will get a single item each time not knowing if items belong to the same set of the previous processed item. Concluding in reality that operators are not able in practice to form a complete picture. Additionally, operators sign a non-disclosure document. We screen IP adressess, meaning that we can control that the Operator is not using another person to operate its operator account on our platform. Data sets are securely pulled from a desired location or in our own encrypted locations.
