I’m currently completing an MA in English Literature, having previously earned a First-Class BA in the same field. I have over a year of experience in data annotation and AI training data, with a focus on research-intensive prompt evaluation, fact-checking, and sentence-by-sentence summary verification against long-form documents. I have also created and refined prompts informed by my academic specialisms, particularly in literature and the humanities. This work has required strong analytical thinking, precision, and the ability to engage with complex material. Alongside this, I have worked as a tutor for the past four years, focusing on both English Literature and Computer Science. This role has sharpened my ability to explain complex ideas clearly and assess language for accuracy and clarity. I will begin a PhD in Shakespeare studies this September, and I bring to AI training projects a strong combination of critical thinking, domain expertise, and hands-on experience producing high-quality annotated data.
