I’ve been working in Identity and Access Management, where most of my role centers around reviewing requests, making informed decisions, and ensuring everything aligns with policy and risk standards. It involves evaluating information, spotting inconsistencies, and deciding what actually makes sense, not just what looks fine on the surface. I’m comfortable making those calls and staying consistent, even when things aren’t straightforward. I also built an AI-assisted tool to support access reviews, mainly to speed things up and keep decisions more consistent.
