I have hands-on experience with structured data collection, cleaning, analysis, and quality assurance—skills that are essential for data labeling and AI training data work. As a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Officer at SNV Netherlands Development Organisation, I served as the key user of the MEL platform, where I developed and led training sessions for over 150 staff members. I was responsible for designing, collecting, cleaning, and bi-annually tracking KPIs across more than 100 projects, ensuring that data was consistent, accurate, and actionable. Earlier, as an Analyst at Data Friendly Space, I worked extensively with secondary data from over 100 sources.
