Freelancer Overview

Summary I worked for 10 years in the computer industry (across 4 different companies) performing a wide range of tasks, including troubleshooting and computer setup (hardware, software and networks). We serviced home users as well as small to mid-sized companies. My daily routine consisted of both in-lab tasks and on-site client servicing. In addition to computing I have spent significant time as a freelance translator, translating documents from English into Brazilian Portuguese and occasionally, I also did some transcription jobs as well. I have strong writing skills, with professional-level quality in Brazilian Portuguese and proficient-level quality in English. I have a multicultural background, having lived for 8 years in Portugal, 1.5 years in Canada (Toronto), and spent a few months in Spain. For hiring purposes I hold European citizenship (Italian) and, although I am currently in Brazil, I can study the possibility of going back to Europe. (Note: I don’t speak Italian). Latest AI training companies 2024/25: Alignerr/Labelbox, RWS, Stellar AI and Sigma AI. Roles/tasks: data labeling, image annotation, multi-turn creative prompt writing (Brazilian Portuguese), speech evaluation and labeling, AI assistant response quality evaluation, search quality rating, and many other small tasks.
