As a Data Engineer at ZS Associates India, I architected a Human-in-the-Loop (HIL) multi-agent LLM pipeline to process and structure meeting transcripts. This pipeline involves autonomous conversion of raw meeting transcripts into structured Business Requirements Documents using Claude AI and AWS AgentCore, implementing a validation layer where human experts review AI outputs. The process includes labeling and generating accurate, human-signed-off outputs for downstream code generation, supporting enterprise-grade data quality and governance for critical business documentation. • Designed and managed agentic workflows for transforming raw text into structured business documentation. • Implemented a layer for human validation and correction of AI-generated documents, integrating expert knowledge. • Used AWS AgentCore, Claude AI, and Amazon S3 as key labeling and validation management tools. • Ensured high data quality, compliance, and documentation standards through repeated expert feedback cycles.
