For my MSc Computer Science dissertation, I built an AI-powered chatbot using GPT-3.5 Turbo to answer HR queries from company policy documents. The project included logging both model responses and user ratings, creating a structured dataset for assessing chatbot performance. My work involved designing evaluation protocols and system testing to optimize chatbot accuracy and usability.
