I have thirteen years of experience in personal and commercial lines insurance. I hold a CPCU designation from The Institutes and have a Master's degree in Data Analytics. Previously, I worked on light data annotation work at Ledgebrook, an Insurtech startup. There, I added bounding boxes to the industry-standard ACORD application form for reconciliation into an automated submission pipeline. Annotation and RLHF are critical for AI's growth as training on generated content can lead to a more regressed, non-personal model. I take this extremely seriously and would never use a model or unauthorized resource for my annotations. I am very open to using tools such as webcams / screen recordings to verify this.
