Surgical data annotation for ovarian cancer
In the ovarian cancer surgery video data annotation project, I was primarily responsible for marking critical data points within the surgical footage. This included distinguishing and labeling the ovaries, tumors, and surrounding tissues. I utilized precise annotation techniques to ensure that the medical structures in each video frame were accurately identified.
