The project involved annotating and validating over 25,000 text samples, including chat transcripts and user queries, to support intent classification and entity recognition tasks. My responsibilities included labeling intents, tagging named entities, categorizing sentiment, and performing quality assurance checks on pre-labeled datasets. I adhered to strict annotation guidelines to ensure consistency and minimized inter-annotator variance.
