Security Overview

TrainThemAI implements security and privacy measures across all data collection and handling operations: Data Handling & Storage: All collected video data is transferred via encrypted channels (HTTPS/TLS 1.2+) and stored on access-controlled cloud infrastructure. Raw footage is segregated by project and client, with no cross-project data mixing. Completed deliverables are transferred to client-specified storage and purged from our systems within 30 days of project completion unless otherwise agreed. Access Control: Project data is accessible only to assigned team leads and QA reviewers on a need-to-know basis. Contributors upload directly to project-specific endpoints and do not retain copies after confirmed delivery. All team members sign NDAs and data handling agreements before project onboarding. PII Protection: Our recording guidelines prohibit capturing faces, ID documents, screens with personal data, or identifiable bystanders. QA review checks every submission for incidental PII before delivery. When PII is detected, footage is flagged for redaction or rejection. Contributor Privacy: Contributor personal information (names, contact details, payment info) is stored separately from collected data and is never shared with clients. Contributors are identified by anonymous IDs in all deliverables. Incident Response: Any suspected data breach or unauthorized access is escalated within 24 hours, with client notification within 48 hours.
