Led a project of Customer Service automatisation for a Health Insurance company. Created a base of questions and answers for model training: analysed historical data from customer queries to identify key topics, labelled customer questions according to key topics to identify the most frequent ones, designed scripts for automatisation of replying to most frequent topics, fine-tuned the model to improve classification accuracy. Created a knowledge base to use as a source for LLM for generating answers to customers' questions. My excellent verbal skills allow to work quickly and grasp the essence based on textual information of any form and complexity.
