Freelancer Overview

Generative AI Data Labeling and Evaluation. Work on a variety of interesting and challenging projects to train/improve generative AI technology in terms of safety, reliability, and accuracy. Tasks vary by project/client but generally consist of writing (e.g., prompts, rubrics, responses, conversations) and critical analysis across quality dimensions (e.g., fact-checking, research, data annotation and labeling, reviewing and flagging content for potential safety issues as well as red team) and evaluating/rating AI-generated multimodal output (text, image, video, audio) at a high level of detail. Some projects involve voice acting and audio training and consist of recording high-quality audio, generating prompts and/or responses, transcript review and correction, evaluating speech/multimodal output, as well as reviewing/evaluating the work of contributors. Most projects are RLHF or SFT projects. Education includes Doctor of Philosophy, Louisiana State University (2013) and Master of Arts, University of Cincinnati (2007). AI-training focus includes data types such as Text, Image, and Video and labeling workflows including Data Collection, Data Annotation, and Evaluation.
