As an Engineering Geology Intern, I contributed to a variety of geotechnical investigations across the Niger Delta region. My role required active participation in field operations as well as laboratory and data reporting tasks. I utilized digital and technical skills to support the project's workflow and assist consultants with data interpretation.
• Participated in subsurface explorations for soil stratigraphy and groundwater monitoring.
• Assisted in borehole drilling, trial pit excavation, and detailed lithological logging and sampling.
• Conducted Standard Penetration Tests (SPT) and Cone Penetrometer Tests (CPT) for soil analysis.
• Supported lab classification testing and helped draft geotechnical evaluation reports.
