Technical Product Lead (AI-Augmented), AI Data Labeling for Voice and Structured Diagnostics
In this role, I integrated Google Gemini models to convert technician voice dictations into structured text reports. I developed and implemented AI-powered tools for automatic transcription and knowledge retrieval, leveraging voice-to-JSON conversion and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). My responsibilities included designing data pipelines for transforming unstructured technician audio into data suitable for AI ingestion and support systems. • Led the build of AI Copilot for technical diagnostics leveraging RAG. • Coordinated voice data collection and text generation for structured field reports. • Ensured quality and consistency of audio-to-text labeling for operational insights. • Utilized internal/proprietary tools to orchestrate the annotation workflow.
