I’ve been working on training Handshake AI by helping prepare and label conversational data so the model can better understand and respond to human messages. My work mainly involves reviewing text interactions, tagging user intent, labeling message types, and organizing question–answer pairs so the AI learns how conversations flow. The project involves working through large batches of conversation data and is something I’m currently still involved in. To maintain quality, I follow the annotation guidelines provided, check my labels carefully for consistency, and make sure the responses match the context and intent of the conversation.
