I have hands-on experience in AI training and data labeling through my work with the ImageReward framework using Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF). In this role, I evaluated and ranked model-generated outputs across multiple dimensions such as instruction following, image consistency, quality, and AI-artifact detection. I developed structured scoring methodologies (e.g., IF, IC, Q, AI axes) and produced detailed, human-like justifications to improve model alignment and output reliability. This work required strong analytical thinking, attention to subtle visual details, and the ability to maintain consistency across large-scale evaluations. In addition, I contributed to AI training workflows by evaluating model-generated architectural and strategic solutions with a strong focus on real-world applicability. I assessed outputs based on factors such as scalability, reliability, trade-offs, and clarity of reasoning, ensuring the model learned to produce practical and well-structured responses.
