I have hands-on experience in building AI-driven systems that rely on high-quality training data pipelines. I created a Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) pipeline for FrontDesk that enables AI agents to escalate uncertain questions to supervisors, ensuring prompt responses and ongoing model improvement. Model retraining became more effective as a result of this system's automated knowledge-base updates and improved data quality. I also worked on a React + Django platform for LLM fine-tuning and prompt evaluation at Vijaya AI, where I contributed. My focus on structured API design, data caching, and real-time dashboards helped ensure scalable and reliable data annotation and evaluation workflows. My strength lies in combining data engineering, API integration, and AI workflow automation to make training data systems both efficient and intelligent.
